Delivery Time

At KeepKalm, all products are made especially for you after you place your order — this is called the print-on-demand model. Thanks to this approach, we avoid overproduction and operate in a more sustainable and responsible way. 

Order Fulfillment Time (Production):

• ♥ Production of your item begins within 2–5 business days after your order is placed.
• ♥ Each product is made from scratch – printed and prepared especially for you.
• ♥ During peak periods (holidays, promotions), production time may be extended by 1–2 business days.

Shipping Time (Delivery):

After your product is produced, the shipping time depends on the destination country:

Europe	3–8 business days
USA / Canada	4–9 business days
Rest of the world	7–20 business days

Additional Information:

• ♥ Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number (if available for your country).
• ♥ We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, customs inspections, or unforeseen circumstances.

Reminder:

Delivery time = Production time + Shipping time

In most cases, orders arrive within 7–12 business days from the date of purchase.
