All products available in the KeepKalm store are made to order specifically for you. This means that once your order is placed and paid for, it immediately enters production and cannot be cancelled.
We do not accept returns of non-defective goods.
If you receive a product with a visible defect, damage, or production error (e.g., wrong print, mechanical damage, stain), please contact us within 14 days of receiving the package.

Complaints are usually processed within 5–7 business days, and replacement items are shipped according to our standard production time.
If an order is returned to us due to:
we can resend the package once the additional shipping costs have been paid. We are not responsible for lost packages resulting from address errors.
