Terms and Conditions

§1. General Information

  1. The online store KeepKalm.pl is operated by Julia Koprowska, hereinafter referred to as the Seller.
  2. The Seller can be contacted via email at: contact.keepkalm.pl@gmail.com.
  3. The Seller operates as a natural person not engaged in business activity.
  4. The Seller’s address details are available upon request to customers and relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
  5. The store offers worldwide shipping of physical products.

§2. Placing Orders

  1. Orders can be placed without the need to create an account.
  2. A customer places an order by, selecting a product, providing shipping details and completing the payment.
  3. Payments can be made using the following methods:
    • - Przelewy24
    • - PayPal
    • - ApplePay
    • - Google Pay
    • - Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard)
  4. After placing and paying for an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation sent to the provided email address.

§3. Prices and Payments

  1. The product price does not include shipping costs, which are shown during the checkout process.
  2. All payments must be made in advance – cash on delivery is not available.

§4. Order Fulfillment and Delivery

  1. Products available in the store are fulfilled and shipped by an external production and logistics partner.
  2. Order processing time typically ranges from 2 to 7 business days, and delivery time depends on the destination country.
  3. Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number.

§5. Returns and Complaints

  1. Products offered in the store are made to order (print-on-demand).
  2. According to Article 38(1)(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to goods made to the customer's specifications.
  3. If the customer receives a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, they have the right to file a complaint.
  4. Complaints should be submitted via email to: contact.keepkalm.pl@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the package, including photos of the product, the order number.
  5. If the complaint is accepted, the customer will receive a replacement product, or a refund — as determined individually.

§6. Personal Data Protection

  1. The administrator of customers’ personal data is Julia Koprowska.
  2. Detailed rules for processing personal data are described in the Privacy Policy available on the store's website.

§7. Final Provisions

In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law and European Union law shall apply.

These Terms and Conditions are effective as of the date of their publication on the website.

The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions — changes do not affect orders placed before they came into effect.
