Please read the following terms to understand how the return and complaint process works in our store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Made-to-Order Products<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

All products available in the KeepKalm store are made to order specifically for you. This means that once your order is placed and paid for, it immediately enters production and cannot be cancelled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We do not accept returns of non-defective goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. We do not accept returns if:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • \u2665 the product does not meet your expectations in terms of size, color, or fit (size charts are available on the website),<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • \u2665 you changed your mind after purchase,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • \u2665 you provided an incorrect shipping address and the package did not arrive.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    3. Complaints \u2013 Damaged or Defective Products<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    If you receive a product with a visible defect, damage, or production error (e.g., wrong print, mechanical damage, stain), please contact us within 14 days of receiving the package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Include the following in your message:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • \u2665 photos of the damaged product,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • \u2665 a description of the issue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      After verifying the complaint, if the defect is confirmed, you will receive:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • \u2665 a replacement product (at no additional cost), or<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • \u2665 a full refund \u2013 according to your preference.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        4. Complaint Processing Time<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        Complaints are usually processed within 5\u20137 business days, and replacement items are shipped according to our standard production time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        5. Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        If an order is returned to us due to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          we can resend the package once the additional shipping costs have been paid. We are not responsible for lost packages resulting from address errors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
